Planning For Tenure & Promotion

For most Assistant Professors the tenure review process is often steeped in stress and mystery. For most Associate Professors seeking promotion to the rank of Full Professor the process often feels no less mysterious or stressful. However, with guidance and careful and early planning, the process of getting to and through tenure and promotion can be manageable, even enjoyable. This series is designed to help Post-docs, Assistant Professors, and Associate Professors prepare for tenure and or promotion to the ranks of Associate Professor, Professor, or Distinguished Professor. IT IS NEVER TOO EARLY to attend this workshop, and never too early to craft a plan for tenure or promotion.

Eligibility: Post-docs, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, professionals seeking to transition to tenure track positions.
